Carry out times are always 20-30 minutes longer than anticipated. Customer Service is abysmal. Customers should be greeted with a friendly smile, shouldn’t they? Here that is too much to ask for.

Three months ago I ordered a pizza and wings it took 4 hours for my food to be delivered, I live 5 minutes away, when the delivery driver finally arrived he took his time getting out of the car on top of my food being late. Today I figured I'd give them another try, the pizza tracker said my food was delivered I called the store and the first thing said was they were busy and the tracker was off; then I was told that the driver doesn't have a phone so he couldn't call me when he made it to my apartment. Why would they send a driver without a phone out I don't know but I guarantee this will be the absolute last time I EVER order from this location!
